When you first unpack your Simplicity Bra Kit, it looks like a bunch of straps. Once you look at the instructions that come in your order and do all the necessary adjustments, you'll see how easy it is to use.

In case you misplaced your manual, here is how to use Simplicity Hands Free Pumping Bra Kit:

STEP 1: Place the neck strap around your neck with the alligator clips at the back of your neck. Don’t adjust the alligator clips yet.

STEP 2: Place the waist strap around your waist right under your breasts. Use the alligator clip to fasten the strap. It has to be tight, but comfortable.

STEP 3: Push the pump shields through the little holes on the neck strap between the spring clip and the waist strap. Move the spring clips along the neck strap to secure the shields.

STEP 4: Move the neck strap ends against the waist strap as needed to align the shields with your breasts.

STEP 5: Attach the shields to the nipple and the areola.

STEP 6: Adjust the alligator clips at the back of your neck, so that the neck strap is tight and fits you well.

STEP 7: Wrap the felt clip cover around the alligator clips to prevent them from causing discomfort to your neck.

These adjustments only need to be made once. When done pumping, undo the alligator clip on the waist strap, take the bra kit off and store till the next pumping session.
