My Brest Friend Twins Plus Pillow Review

My Brest Friend Twins Plus Pillow is a nursing pillow designed not only for breastfeeding twins, but also for plus size moms of single babies or single larger babies.

Back panel attaches to the main twin pillow on a wide Velcro strip on one side. On the picture below I unfastened the Velcro for you to see it.

Back panel can be completely removed and the pillow can be later used to support a baby in a sitting position.

If you need to transport the pillow, attaching back support to the main pillow keeps it steadily in place. You can also breastfeed this way (with the panel attached).

If there is not enough room for your post-pregnancy belly, My Brest Friend Pillow can be easily adjusted.

There is a Velcro and a non-adjustable buckle on one side of the pillow and an adjustable buckle strap on the other side of the pillow to regulate how much room you need for your belly (see pictures below).

Back pillow is detachable. It attaches to the back panel on two Velcro strips. This helps hold the back support pillow steadily behind mother's back in various positions.

If a mother needs to move the back pillow up to support her upper back, Velcro strips still help hold the pillow against mother's clothes or the surface behind her.

Pillow top is carved so that about 2,5 inches of the outside edge of the pillow are a little higher than the inner edge. This helps hold babies securely on the pillow and insures correct head elevation.

It may cause some slight discomfort later, as babies grow bigger and don’t fit on the lower part of the pillow any longer. But it is a very minor discomfort, if any. 

Another very useful application of this carving is, if you turn the pillow upside down, so that the carving is at the bottom, it gives you extra room for post-pregnancy or post-c-section belly.

You can even turn the pocket inside out and use it in this position.

All covers (main twin pillow, back panel, back support pillow) are soft plush. All have zippers and can be easily removed to be washed.

There is one pocket on one side of the pillow. The pocket is located on the far corner of the pillow and  doesn't interfere with the nursing session.
