My little guy
I don't feel people are upset when they see a breasfeeding mom. I do it pretty discretly, the other day I had to breasfeed in a hotel's restaurant and it was OK.

Uruguay is a breastfeeding-friendly country too. It's considered something natural, mothers don't have to leave public places because of breastfeeding.
Some feel like covering more than others, but that's just a personal preference. It would be considered too cruel to ask a mother to leave a place like a café, because of feeding her baby.
